It's back! Get fresh, grown-in-our-greenhouse lettuce from October-February with our Fresh Lettuce Subscription.
The subscription includes 2 heads of butterhead (Boston) lettuce, one each of a red and green variety, and a bundle of fresh arugula, kale, pak choi or spinach, depending on what is ready to harvest that week.
That's over 1 pound of leafy goodness delivered every week from the farm to your door, or ready for pick-up at our Aurora or Naperville locations. All lettuce is non-GMO and hydroponically grown at our farm in Aurora.

Every week with your subscription you'll also receive a bundle of fresh arugula, kale, pak choi, or spinach depending on what is ready to harvest that week.
Subscriptions start October 9-11, 2025. The 21-week program ends February 26-28, 2026.
