It's back! Get fresh, grown-in-our-greenhouse lettuce from October-February with our Fresh Lettuce Subscription

The subscription includes 2 heads of butterhead (Boston) lettuce, one each of a red and green variety. That's 1 pound of leafy goodness delivered every week from the farm to your door or ready for pick-up at our Aurora or Naperville locations.

Every week with your subscription you'll also receive a bundle of fresh arugula, kale, pak choi, or spinach depending on what is ready to harvest that week.

Subscriptions start October 9-11, 2025. The 21-week program ends February 26-28, 2026.

All lettuce is non-GMO and hydroponically grown at our farm in Aurora.

Delivery Fee: $150 (every Thursday for all 21 weeks)
